Every step of our front porch replacement far exceeded expectations, beginning with the initial call to make our estimate appointment. Our entire project was handled so professionally and we couldn’t be happier with our new porch and railings. Full service contractor and excellent from start to finish
30 year old decking attached to the back of the house needed replacement and new shoring. After much research, we decided on composite decking AND replacement of a small deck and walkway to the front door. Prestige helped with the design, new shoring of a "sinking" part of the back deck, and design and installation of the front door deck to include a ramp. Liked the result and price so much that the next year (which was last year) we used Prestige to replace and expand a 25 YO boat dock and railing. EXCELLENT result. SO, this year when we decided 40+ feet of 3 ft high lakefront bank needed a permanent fix, Prestige did the design, removal of old stones, installation, backfill, and seeding. All three jobs were done on time and at reasonable prices while exceeding expectations.

Exemplary Performance
Recently we contracted with Prestige to install fencing at our newly built
house in Fawn Lake, Spotsylvania VA and from the first discussions through
the design phase and finally the installation the work was completed in a
professional, timely manner. The crew were meticulous in their work and
when they said they would be on site at 7:30 they were. The staff are to be
commended for their exemplary performance. I highly recommend Prestige

I needed deck modifications to my rental property in Virginia. My property
management company found Prestige, and they provided a timely estimate with
a sketch. The price was fair, and they were on time and completed the work

Couldn’t be Happier!
We contracted Prestige to build a deck for our backyard and we couldn't be
happier! We basically have one of the worst, steepest and unusuable
backyards ever. However, we have a great view of trees and forestry and
really wanted a deck out back to enjoy and bbq on. Anyway, I made an
appointment and their rep came as scheduled. Took photos and came inside to
discuss our options. We thought the pricing was fair for what we wanted
done, especially with our crazy backyard. I was grateful! Once contracted
to do the job, they actually started on the deck building a day early and
worked in over 100 degree weather for about 5 days. Yup, they even finished
earlier than we expected too. I was impressed. Everything went really
smoothly, passed inspection from the City of Fredericksburg and we're all
good to go. Now, we have a lovely deck to enjoy our lovely view. Finally,
we can use our outdoor space! Thanks, Prestige! We would hire them again or
recommend them to anyone who wants a deck built in the area. Reliable
company. (It was raining when I took this photo, but this is the composite
deck we had them build)

Alex and the Prestige crew did a great job replacing our deck post. While not the cheapest quote, they did quality work and the whole project was very painless. I am very happy with the way the whole experience went.

First, let me say I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of this project, from the estimate all the way to the install.
Let me start from the beginning. We needed to get a deck installed on our newly built home. I contacted multiple companies to come to the house and give me an estimate/design for the deck. Jeff came out and won me over. He was the only one who drew up the design with his computer program on the spot, allowing me to visually see what he was talking about. This was very important to me because then I could tweak the design to be exactly what I wanted. Jeff's design was by far the best idea I had seen. He suggested things I didn't think of (diagonal floor pattern, bump out on one side, round the edges). These three things makes the deck look absolutely beautiful.
Secondly, Alex (the owner) made the transaction seamless. He did all the hard work and kept me informed the whole way. He submitted to my HOA for approval, got all the permits, sent out the utility company to mark public utilities, and scheduled the inspector to come out during the install. I had to do NOTHING. Alex was also very competitive with his price (another plus)!!
Lastly, Brandon and Jason, the 2 man crew that came to install the deck were awesome!! Every day, they showed up early in the morning and worked right through until quitting time. Seriously, they never sat idle, even during lunch! I have a 3 year old son, who was very interested in them and wanted to be around them a lot. They made sure to be patient with him and to use appropriate language the whole time. They even answered all of his questions, no matter how ridiculous... such as if they have ever seen a dinosaur before. When they left, not only did they clean up after themselves, but they even put grass seed and hay down on the areas where they had been walking around a lot. Also, you could tell that they had pride in their work as they should because they are true professionals at their craft!
Overall, The deck is better than I ever imagined. The quality of material and workmanship is stunning. I even overheard the inspector asked where they got their wood from because it was "top quality". I just can't say enough about how happy I am that I chose this company. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen. Thanks for the awesome deck, guys!
The Result is Outstanding
Prestige installed a white vinyl picket fence. Their price was similar to the other contractors I checked, but their responsiveness and helpful attitude was far better than the rest, including help in preparing my HOA documents. The installers were professional and friendly, and the result is outstanding. The work site was left clean and disruption was minimal. I highly recommend Prestige.
